ELEVATED COMMUNITY HEALTH THANKS LOCAL SKI RESORT PARTNERS FOR SUPPORTING ACCESS TO INTEGRATED CARE SERVICES
FRISCO, Colorado (December 1, 2025) – Elevated Community Health proudly recognizes the vital support of Keystone Ski Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and Vail Resorts EpicPromise in helping ensure access to high-quality, integrated healthcare services for community members across Summit County and the surrounding region.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, ECH provides comprehensive primary care, dental, and behavioral health services through an integrated care model in which all clinical departments collaborate to support patients’ full health needs. This approach ensures that individuals and families receive coordinated, whole-person care in one supportive environment.
A significant portion of ECH’s patients – approximately 52.04% – are uninsured. To ensure equitable access, ECH offers its Sliding Fee Scale (Care Card) program, which allows low-income and uninsured patients to receive services at substantial discounts. For example, individuals living at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level pay just $20 for a primary care visit. ECH provides care to all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
Funding from community partners plays a critical role in supporting unreimbursed care services and maintaining this safety-net mission. Contributions directly strengthen ECH’s ability to serve uninsured and low-income patients, making high-quality healthcare accessible for all.
