What is a School Based Health Center?
School Based Health Centers provide quality primary care, oral health, and behavioral health services right where your children are… at their school!
School Based Health Centers (SBHCs) remove the barriers of time and travel to receive healthcare for both students and parents, increasing student seat time and supporting academic performance.
SBHC services are available for students, staff, and families in Summit, Lake, and Park RE-2 School Districts. We accept private insurance, Medicaid, CHP+, and Elevated Community Health Care Cards. If you’re uninsured, a sliding fee scale is available. We can also help set up financial arrangements as needed.
To enroll your student, call 970-710-5049.
